About our services
Chawla Finance is a mortgage and finance broking business. We compare loan products from a range of lenders and help you apply. We do not lend money ourselves. Any loan is provided by the lender you choose and is subject to that lender’s terms, fees, credit assessment and approval.
No obligation enquiries
Submitting an enquiry, using a calculator or asking for a comparison does not create a loan application or any obligation for you or for us. We may contact you by phone, SMS or email about your enquiry.
Our fees
We generally do not charge you a fee for our broking service. When you select and settle a loan, we are usually paid a commission by the lender. Where any fee applies, we will explain it to you in writing before you commit. Other terms, conditions and exceptions may apply.
Offers and cashback
Cashback offers, lenders mortgage insurance (LMI) waivers and other promotions shown on this website are offered by some lenders only, apply to certain net loan amounts and eligible professions or borrowers, vary between lenders and are subject to each lender’s current offers, policy and eligibility criteria. They can change or be withdrawn at any time. Not all applicants will qualify.
